Raised in La Grange, Texas, Luke Henderson developed a deep connection to wildlife, anatomy, and the natural world from an early age. Growing up immersed in the outdoors, he spent much of his childhood hunting, fishing, and studying animals alongside his father, a practicing physical therapist who also raised exotic species and worked extensively in taxidermy. Through this unique combination of scientific knowledge and hands-on experience, he was exposed early to the principles of anatomy, structure, movement, and form. These lessons laid the foundation for a lifelong fascination with the natural world and continue to influence his artistic work today.

By profession, Luke is a dentist specializing in cosmetic and surgical dentistry. His clinical career demands precision, technical mastery, and an artistic eye—qualities that naturally extend into his creative pursuits. Whether sculpting, designing, building, or creating, he has long been driven by a desire to work with his hands and transform ideas into tangible forms.
